Opendev
- We reviewed the new openapi spec generator for Zuul: https://review.opendev.org/c/zuul/zuul/+/912031
- We investigated how latest docker broke zuul-jobs in https://review.opendev.org/c/zuul/zuul-jobs/+/913808
Software Factory
- We bumped zuul and nodepool to 10.0.0
- We tagged sf-operator v0.0.27
- We added restore functionality; the functional tests and other related to it are WIP
- We implemented the external executor and fonctional tests
